Bacon and Spinach Quiche

 ½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  cup chopped onion
 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
 Spinach to taste
 1 pt half and half
 4 eggs
 Pie crust

Mix eggs and half and half.

Put onion, bacon, cheese and spinach into uncooked pie crust.

Pour egg mixture over all ingredients.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, turn down to 325°F and bake an additional 30-40 minutes or until set.
