Baja-style Fish for Tacos

 1 lb Uncooked Cod or other firm white fish
 ¼ cup Corn Meal
 ½ tsp Salt
  tsp Black Pepper
 Cayenne Pepper
  tsp Garlic Powder
 ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika

Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

Place corn meal, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a large bowl; mix to combine. Add fish to corn flour mixture and toss to coat.

Place seasoned fish on prepared baking sheet and lightly coat tops of fish with cooking spray. Broil until crispy, about 3 - 4 minutes per side.

Serve with low carb flour taco shells, cabbage and lettuce salad and sour cream/salsa verde sauce.
