Coffee Cake
 2 cups Bisquick
  cup milk or water
 2 tbsp sugar
 1 egg
Cinnamon Streusel
  cup Bisquick
  cup brown sugar, packed
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp butter or margarine

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch square pan.

In a medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan.

In a small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over coffee cake batter in pan.

Bake 18-22 min or until golden brown.
