8 oz cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar
1 egg
⅛ tsp salt
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup water
⅓ cup oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Stir together first 4 ingredients until well combined. Add 12 oz chocolate chips, combine and set aside.

In another bowl, mix together next 5 ingredients. Flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla to the flour mixture and beat until well combined.

Fill cupcake cups 1/3 full (no more!). Put a heaping tsp cream cheese mixture in each cupcake.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
