 3 lbs pork loin roast
 10 dashes worchestershire sauce
Dry Rub
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 2 tbsp montreal steak seasoning
 1 tbsp kosher salt
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Place pork in crock pot. Add worchestershire sauce to the top of the meat until covered.

Sprinkle with dry rub. Cook 8 - 10 hours on low then 4 hours on warm

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Makes 1 cup.
