Preheat oven at 425°F.

Mix together well but leave batter slightly lumpy.

Melt 4 T butter in 10-12” cast iron skillet or deep dish pie plate. Make sure pan and butter are very hot.

Pour batter in skillet and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice and serve immediately.
