¾ cup water
1 tbsp butter, softened

2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp millet
1 tbsp quinoa
1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour

2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 ½ tbsp bread machine yeast

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.
Oven method

Mix ingredients together. Place in a small loaf pan. Free form goes wide when rising so it definitely needs a pan to hold it's shape.
