Yields1 Serving
 5 cups hot water
 3 cups vinegar
 1 cup hair conditioner

Note: You will need an empty clean fabric softener container or gallon jug and a mixing container that will hold 8 - 10 cups and allows you to pour from easily. Mine is 8 cups so I put the last cup of vinegar directly into the final empty container before I add the mix and then swirl it around after I've poured it all in.

Choose an inexpensive conditioner with a smell that you prefer. I use Suave Daily Conditioner as it has no smell. You will not smell the vinegar on your clothes.

Heat 2 cups of water in a glass measuring cup in the microwave. Pour into a mixing container. Add conditioner and whisk. Heat an additional 2 cups of water in microwave and add to container, whisking to dissolve the conditioner. Heat and add the last cup. Whisk again.

3

Once conditioner is dissolved, add the 3 cups of vinegar and whisk until combined completely. Pour into empty container and use as directed by your washer manufacturer.
