1 lb ground beef
2 slices of onion, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 or 10” pie plate with cooking spray.

In a skillet or saucepan, cook beef and onion until crumbled and brown. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with a fork or whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
