 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
 2 tsp salt
 4 tbsp rice vinegar
 2 tbsp sugar
 ¼ tsp salt
 7 - 10 drops tabasco

Slice cukes with a mandolin for uniformity and salt using the 2 tsp salt. Let set for 5-10 minutes. Rinse under cold water to remove salt. Pat dry.

Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over cukes.

Refrigerate overnight.
