Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all ingredients, except for beef and mix well. Mix in beef.
Shape into 14 meatballs. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve with a dipping sauce as an appetizer or with spaghetti sauce and noodles as a main dish.
