 1 lb ground beef
 2 slices onion, finely chopped
 1 egg
  cup fine dry bread crumbs
 ¼ cup low-fat milk
  cup grated parmesan cheese
 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper

Chop onion and add to a large bowl. Add the egg, beat it slightly, then add the bread crumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, worchestershire sauce, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Crumble the meat into the bowl and mix all together with your hands.

Form the meat mixture into 8 – 10 small patties no more than an inch thick. Place in a 12” skillet with a lid. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, 4 – 6 minutes on each side. Cover with lid after flipping.

Serve with ketchup.
