Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan

 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 1 egg, beaten
 ½ cup italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
 1 jar pasta sauce (any flavor)
 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs.

Arrange chicken in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

Pour pasta sauce over chicken, then top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 170° and is no longer pink. Serve with hot cooked pasta. We like orzo.
