2 ½ lbs beef roast
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 ½ tbsp A-1 steak sauce
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
½ cup red wine

Put roast in a roasting pan with lid.

Mix ingredients and pour on roast.

This recipes was my grandmothers. It makes really great tasting roast and gravy. However, I have no idea how long or at what temperature to cook. I advise looking up some beef roast recipes and see what the norm is.
