Smoked Salmon Dip

Yields1 Serving

 ¾ cup sour cream
 ¾ cup mayonnaise
 3 oz smoked salmon
 2 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp horseradish
 2 tbsp minced fresh dill (see note)
 Salt and Pepper

Mix all together until smooth and creamy. Chill at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.

Note: If using dried dill be careful to not use too much. Add small amounts and taste.
